Named after Dame Sibyl Hathaway, the famous Dame of Sark, lovingly restored and nestled inside the storied walls of La Seigneurie Gardens — quite possibly the most quietly beautiful place on the island to sit down to lunch. Crab and lobster landed right off the Sark coast. A menu that changes daily, dictated not by a chef's whim but by the sea's own generosity. On warm days, the sun-drenched terrace. On wilder ones, a wood burner and the feeling that you've found exactly the right place at exactly the right time. Some restaurants have a sense of occasion. This one has a sense of history.
