If you really want the chance at some fantastic shore fishing then Sark is the place for you. There is shore fishing all year round, but if you want to land a big fish, late autumn and right into the depths of winter is the best time for bass and plentiful bream. If you travel light it is possible to hire rods and tackle and buy bait if you do not fancy digging your own.
